Apollo Park at Vail is a charmingly small, established, condominium community in a prime location in Vail Village. Situated along Gore Creek, each of the forty condos overlook both Gore Creek and Vail Mountain. We are a 5-minute walk from Gondola One at Vail Village Mountain Plaza, Golden Peak, or the Gerald R Ford Amphitheater.
Amenities include a year-round heated pool, outdoor gas grills, free wireless internet, HDTV including premium channels, telephone and one on-site complimentary parking space per unit.
Rental Bookings made directly through the Association have a three-night minimum. A 50% deposit is due upon booking. Final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Reservations may be cancelled if payment is not received as specified. Cancellations 30 days or more before check-in date results in a $100 fee. Cancellations fewer than 30 days from date of arrival result in forfeiture of all funds paid. Guests are financially responsible for all dates of their reservations.

Accommodations include studio, loft, one-bedroom and two-bedroom condominiums that can sleep up to six people. Condos have recently been updated in a mountain modern theme including leather sofas, comfortable rockers and new bedding.
Kitchens are fully furnished, and all linens are provided.
Without common interior hallways, Condominiums have a private exterior entrance.

Our two buildings contain both interval and wholly owned condominiums. The interval/timeshare(fractional) weeks are all fully-furnished, deeded, fixed weeks, running from Friday to Friday. No booking is necessary - your ownership is reserved for you for a specific week each year. Interval ownership provides the luxury of owning a place in Vail Village without the traditional hassles of vacation home ownership.

Yearly Check-in Calendar
The opportunity to become a homeowner occurs through resales.
Homeowner Association Fees are charged annually. Please sign-up for electronic invoicing with Anne. Payments are accepted by check (preferred), credit card or PayPal. If making a PayPal payment, click on "Buy Now" AND please send an email to Anne indicating the Receipt number (typically 17 digits) and one of your Apollo Park account numbers from the invoice. This will help us with book keeping and auditing.
